Throughout
Entire Performance ---Repeat Play Tonight Thomas Denison's
familiar drama, The Danger Signal, was never presented by a more faithful and
determined amateur theatrical corps than on Thursday evening of last week when
it was rendered in the new Opera House here by the graduating class of Albemarle
Graded Schools… …… The
Wiscassett band graced the orchestra circle and played several nice selections. The new Opera House
in nearly finished on the interior and demonstrated on the start that it will be
pressed into service on many such occasions.
It is a credit to the town.
A number of
requests have been made for a repetition of the play and the Class has agreed to
repeat, the performance tonight in the Opera House and will go to Norwood
