The East side of the street level has been occupied continuously by

Starnes Jewelry Store since the building was built.

    There have been numerous stores located on the West side at the street level.  They have included

    New York Dry Goods Store, Bell Shoes, Merit Shoes, the Gold Shop boutique, 2 pawn shops, and

    the current occupant, Satin and Lace- Bridal Boutique.
